Day 10 Green Smoothie Cleanse

Good Day Loves,

Can someone guess what day it is? There is no need to ask Mike or Julie, because today is HUMP Day and not only that it’s DAY 10 baby! I am so excited about it, I made it! I have learned so much about myself on this cleanse and I am happy what I have learned. I never knew that I could be so strong, I also never knew how addicted I was to my morning cup of Joe until I had to go without it. I always knew that I was a carb addict as my husband likes to tell me, but wow I never realized how much I was until this cleanse. This cleanse had also taught me that there is really no need for 3 whole meals per day and that the body can literally live on just one meal per day. I have reached this day knowing that I have embarked on a lifestyle change and I am happy that I have found this cleanse. Day 10 Smoothie was Pineapple Kale.

 

Pineapple Kale:

  • 2 handfuls kale
  •  1 handful spring mix greens
  • 2 c water
  • 1 1/2 c frozen peaches
  • 2 handfuls pineapple chunks
  • 2 packets stevia
  • 2 tbsp ground flaxseeds

OPTIONAL: 1 Scoop raw vegan protein powder
